Golf is an extremely difficult game to learn and play. Developing an efficient and reliable golf swing takes hard work and dedication. Taking advice and instruction from competent and experienced sources is highly recommended. However, instruction needs to be administered in a “Personal Way”.
My website is dedicated to helping people understand the Game of Golf better and – more specifically – to understanding THEIR OWN games more intimately. All of my instruction, whether Private or in Small Groups involves quality video time. The old adage, “Seeing is believing” is absolutely true when working on your golf game. It is very common for a student to “feel or Imagine” they are swinging the golf club in a certain manner, only for video analysis to reveal that their “feel” is not accurate. Students need to video themselves with every lesson. The goal is for the student to understand their strengths and weaknesses and to see what they are ACTUALLY doing in all areas of their game.
Hourly “Private” Instruction*
Could focus on any area of your game. There will be a warm-up period, then video, then video analysis, time to make the proper adjustments, more video of any “upgrades or adjustments” and a video summary will be provided – through the www.V1sports.com software of both the “before and after” video taken during the lesson time.
*One Student for one or more hours
*Two Students for one or more hours – Semi Private Instruction
Small Group Instruction*
This is called a HALF DAY SESSION. Private Instruction within a small group. Same lesson format as Hourly Instruction except it takes place over the 3/3.5 Hour session
*Three to Four Students
*Three to Three and a Half Hours in duration
* 9 to 12/12.30 – morning session
* 2 to 5/5.30 – afternoon session
* Usually one aspect of the game is addressed
Two and Three HALF DAY SESSIONS*
Same format as the above HALF DAY SESSION except it is two or three mornings or afternoons consecutively.
*Two HALF DAY SESSIONS: 1st session – Full Swing; 2nd session Short game
*Three HALF DAY SESSIONS: All areas of the game are addressed over the duration
Playing Lessons*
*Nine or Eighteen Holes – Two to Four Hours in duration
*Video will be taken if possible
*Very beneficial for the following: Pre shot routine, club selection, green reading, decision making, mental approach, mental and physical stamina though the round
Online Lessons
